Voicemail Option Missing from UCP After Upgrade

Issue:
Voicemail option missing from options menu on the FreePBX UCP (User Control Panel) page for people's extensions.

Solution:
The solution was to go to User Management (FreePBX Administration (icon) --> (Login) --> Admin (top menu) --> User Management --> Users (tab)). After the upgrade everyone had two entries instead of just the extensions. One for the name and one for the number. The name entries had the format "Imported FreePBX directory" and then the person's name under the Username column. Although the name and number extensions were "linked" when the number entries were viewed in the Extensions page, Voicemail was disabled from the UCP tab for the directory entries for the Username (non extension number) entries.

Alternately, under the Groups tab, is a group option PBX Internal Directory. If I switch Voicemail to No, and then back to Yes, Submitted, and then clicked the Apply button, that worked, too.
