Issue:
User cannot logon to Sametime. Get's error message:
"Temporarily Unable to Verify Logon. Please Try Again"

The server side error is:
CONNECT_CANNOT_VERIFY=Temporarily unable to verify logon. Please try again later

Solution1:
Check that Username field contains a unique value for the user. This error can occur if there are two matches for the logon name/id entered.
The first value should also be hierarchical. If there is a conflict document, this could also cause two matches for one user.
Solution 2:
If affects all users, check that the stconfig.nsf LDAP Connection Settings document is set up properly w/o the LDAP organization field populated:
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?q1=1167464&rs=0&uid=swg21167464&cs=utf-8&lang=&loc=en_US

Solution 3:
Check Access and No Access fields on Security tab of server. Verify user has access to server.
(If they can login and view Domino Directory (names.nsf) on the server, then they are good here.)
Check ACLs for Sametime apps that user has minimum access.

Solution 4:
Check for SSO issue or DNS issue with FQDN of Sametime server. If DNS has changed, the server document, and the SSO document/key will all need to be changed.
(There are also some places in Sametime where the FQDN is hard-coded during setup. Uninstall and reinstall, or mine all documents and ini files to find them.)
