|Netscape Navigator is the browser only installation of Netscape. It doesn't include the email component. Users that commonly have this problem are those with prebuilt package systems like those from Gateway or Dell.|
The only fixes are to use either another email client on the user's machine or to install Netscape Communicator which is the full version of the Netscape 4.x client. Communicator is free from Netscape's web site. http://www.netscape.com
Those systems usually do still have either Microsoft's "Inbox" or a copy of Outlook or Outlook express (of course).
