Go to Shader Editor
Shift+A
- Input -> Object Info
- Converter -> Color Ramp
- Shader -> Principled BSDF
- Output -> Material Output

- Random output -> Color Ramp input

- Click + -> change colors to desired hues
- Color output -> Principled BSDF Base Color input

- Output -> Material Output Surface input
