Two places for this issue:
- IBM/Lenovo server RSA/XClarity Controller Logs
- ESXI/vSphere logs

If the error is: SEL Fullness Warning for System board, then check the IBM/Lenovo logs first.
If the error is: System Management Software 1 SEL Fullness warning, then check the ESXi logs first.

Steps to resolve - IBM/Lenovo Server Logs:
IBM/Lenovo server then you will get this option under server RSA --> Monitors--> Event log
a. Login as USERID or current admin ID
b. Go to the Event Logs view:
- For older RSA, go to: Monitors --> Event Log
- For newer XClarity, go to: Events on left menu.
c. Clear logs using the Clear Logs icon/button.

Steps to Resolve - ESXi/vSphere Logs:
a. vSphere --> login with admin account
b. Navigate: datacenter --> Cluster --> server --> Monitor tab
c. If vSphere newer clients, scroll down to Hardware Health (left side) --> click ALERTS and WARNINGS
d. Confirm the message exists: System Management Software 1 SEL Fullness
e. Click the SYSTEM EVENT LOG next to ALERTS and WARNINGS
f. Click RESET EVENT LOG.
g. Click REFRESH
Note:
In newer vSphere releases, the message will still likely persist. Switch to another ESXi host, and return to current host. The message should be gone, and the red warning icon for the host should also now be gone.
