Issue:
Created nomad.mindwatering.net domain. CertMgr and certstore.nsf show the certificate "green" (working), but nomad is not loading the certificate from CertMgr's TLS cache.
Solution:
Nomad on Domino 14.5.0 doesn't auto configure/auto map to its TLS cache cert. Add notes.ini entry:
$ vi /local/notesdata/notes.ini
...
NOMAD_WEB_HOST=nomad.mindwatering.net
