If you accidently checked to install these two plugins, they are not installed in the plugins folder like you would expect. Both are found in the:
Mac: Applications>Digidesign>Pro Tools folder.
PC: (pre 6.7) C:\Program Files\Digidesign\DAE\Plug-In Settings
PC: (6.7) Goto Add/Remove Programs
Delete the OMF.dll for the Digi Translator
Delete the timecode.dll for the DV Toolkit
