If you want to elevate a user to admin, view the MySQL database using a MySQL admin utility.
1. Load the table USERS.
2. Update the desired ROLE ID column replacing blank/NULL value, for a regular system user, with a number 1.
3. Commit/save the change.
Start the ShoreWare Director and login as the user that was just updated. That user is now a system admin.
