Issue:
Would like to flow text from existing frame (via Place dialog) to the new frames of the new pages just added to the document.

Solution:
There are four flowing options. Our favorites are "Manual" and "Autoflow". The text flows in the direction and orientation set in the Story panel.

Manual Text flow:
At text to one page frame at a time.
1. Click the "+" symbol near the bottom corner of the current page frame that is overflowing. (Do NOT hold down, just click once.)
2. The cursor will show the first frame of the next page hidden, it will look like this: . Click the top left corner of the next page frame to overflow the text to this frame. If there is still overflow text, there will be a plus on this frame near the bottom right corner, as well. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to keep overflowing pages.

Autoflow:
Adds pages and frames until all text is flowed into new pages (frames) in the current document. (If you don't have enough empty pages with frames, they will be added automatically.)
1. Click the "+" symbol near the bottom corner of the current page frame that is overflowing.
2. Hold down the Shift button, the cursor will now change to look like this: . Click the top left corner of the next page frame to overflow the text to this frame. Pages with frames are automatically added until all the overflow text is consumed.

Tip:
How to select text hidden / overflowed w/o next pages?
Two methods: 1. Story Editor, 2. Command-End

To use the latter Command-End option,
1. Go to the last page visible, and to the bottom of text on the page.
2. Use Command-End to move the cursor to the end of the hidden text. Now, hold down shift and click to the bottom of the visible text. You can now cut-and-paste it to a new set of autoflow pages.
