Issue:
PHD Virtual backup has error starting backup:
CBT failure - Could not get changed data. Current change UUID(...).
It then performs a "regular" full backup of the server.
Solution:
N/A. The previous day's backup used a different snapshot than today's backup. Most likely either a new snapshot was taken before backup, or the reverse happened, where a snapshot was removed and the VM server reverted to a previous state/snapshot.
