SharePoint / IIS Web Site Crawls Die .Net Update

Issue:
Installed updates (e.g. Autoupdates) After updates were installed, there are a few new issues in the Event log.

SharePoint's Error:
Access is denied. Check that the Default Content Access Account has access to this content, or add a crawl rule to crawl this content. The item was deleted because it was either not found or the crawler was denied access to it

Solution:
Pull out regedit and make the following new entry and then reboot.
1. Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
2. Right-click LSA, and click New, and click DWORD (32bit) Value.
3. Enter DisableLoopbackCheck. Click enter to accept the new DWORD name.
4. Right-click DisableLoopbackCheck, click Modify.
5. Change the 0 value to 1. Click OK.
Quit regedit and restart Windows 2008 (2003) Server.
