Issue:
FP2000: Username and Password requests over and over while publishing
(Assumes the user hasn't forgotten his/her password)
Solution:
You need to setup a user in the author group for this domain
Click the user manager on the iis panel for more details
Once you have created this user , add it to whateverdomain.com - Authors
group
That should do it
