Issue:
CallFinder completes one or more initial calls. Call received short time later do not ring but instead go directly to provider voice mail. (As if cell phone off/busy). Outgoing calls never dial.
Possible Solution:
Issue with the FXS interface not detecting a drop in current to disconnect the call. Are you using the interface as FXS?
If so I would suggest setting a command on the unit for current loss detection. The command is AT>HFX=2. AT&T is probably seeing the line as off hook / in use, so that may be why it is sending the additional calls to voicemail.

Problem: SMS Message or Paging (option 5 via voicemail) causes CallFinder to no longer answer. 11/15/2007
AT>HFX=1 1 Used in voice mode. Causes CallFinder port to open tip and ring for 4 seconds and causes the PBX port to disconnect when the cellular side hangs up.
AT>HFX=2 2 Used in voice mode. Causes CallFinder port to open tip and ring for 1.2 seconds and causes the PBX port to disconnect when the cellular side hangs up.
AT>SPK= 0-4 Sets audio output level.
AT>MIC= 0-7 Sets audio input gain.
