12-Port Panel Patch or 12-Port Harmonica
SG-50 connects to analog lines or a patch panel via a RJ-21 telephone cable wired straight through to either a 12-port panel or 12-port harmonica block.
The Power Fail Transfer Unit provides an electrical connection between trunk channel 1 and the extension on channel 12.
24-Port Panel Patch:
For a 24-port patch panel, the switch maps to the following ports:
The voice switch’s six analog channels map to ports 1, 3, 5, 7, 21, and 23 on the patch panel.
The Power Fail Transfer is still extension 12 @ port 23/48 on the panel.
