Overview:
We installed the 32bit version of DDVTech's MistServer 2.2.1 on a 32bit version of Ubuntu.
The included /bin/bash version for the init.d script didn't work with the Ubuntu 14.04.x - Linux mwstream 3.13.0-45-generic #74-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jan 13 19:37:48 UTC 2015 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux. Noticing that the existing scripts on the Ubuntu server were sh, we created a new /bin/sh /etc/init.d service script based on a simple IBM (Lotus) Domino stop/start/restart script.
