WSUS Change Causes SBS 2008 Console Updates Issue

Issue:
You look at all the WSUS products and realize you are a SMB (small-med business) and realize you do not need all this stuff coming down as update options, so you heavily trim it back to things like Exchange, Server 20008, SBS 2008, XP, and Vista, etc. You return to the SBS console to find it unhappy with you. The technote link is not so helpful, it tells you to undo your change (There is no undo.) or reinstall SBS (That's no option!).

Solution:
You need to simply put the selection back to "All Products". No other option seems to work. Then Sync and Then Refresh.

If changing the products is all you change, then you should be set to go once the SBS Console is reloaded. Othewise, if you messed with more, see this technote:
