Issue:
Want to free up some disk space or reduce size of session to fit on DVD. Need to trim out the unused audio in a session.

Solution:
The following steps will select all unused audio and remove it. There is NO undo for this. Have a back-up. If another session is using the same audio files, you'll destroy "good" audio in the other session.

1. Select all unused audio:
<shift><command><u>

2. Clear/delete unused audio:
<shift><command><b>

3. Click "Delete" in the confirmation prompt to delete and not just remove the audio.

If you also want to compact, then also do:

4. Select all used audio:
<shift><command><a>

5. Within the clips region (right window that expands out at the top), choose the "Compact" option.
