Issue:
SBS may end up in a activation loop issue:
If you choose not to activate during the install, you don't seem to get nagged much. That's good until you are done your install/migration and are ready to activate, and find issues trying to perform it.
Workaround:
Rather than wait you can enter the following in a cmd window:
cscript C:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs -ato and click enter.
If successful, a message will tell you so after about 5-30 seconds after clicking enter.
