Issue:
We are receiving a volume use notification on a volume that won't grow because the volume in VMware is static (thin that has reached max size or thick).
Need to increase notification.
Solution:
1. Using a web browser, open the EGM (Group Manager) and login.
2. Select Volumes in the main menu section on left.
3. Under the Volumes heading now expanded, select (highlight) the volume to change.
4. On the right, under the Volume and Snapshot Space heading, review the threshold warning positions. (You cannot change it here.)
5. Right click the Volume, choose Modify Settings.
6. Click the Space tab, then change the thresholds triangles for the thresholds to the desire percentages. Click OK at the bottom to save and close.
