Issue:
The action does not show up or is always grayed out.

Solution:
The domdocui.dll file was missing or not installed correctly with Desktop Enabler installation. Uninstall it, reboot, reinstall, and reboot. Try also removing the actual Lotus\DominoDoc folder after the uninstall and before the reinstall.

Other Notes:
The DomDocui.dll file is present in your Notes program directory and is installed when you install Desktop Enabler 6.5.1.

If deleting the DominoDoc folder, verify you don't have any documents in the Attache case, otherwise they may be lost.

It's loaded during startup via the notes.ini line: AddinMenus=DomDocui.dll
e.g.
AddinMenus=DomDocui.dll
$DominoDocApp=C:\Lotus\DominoDoc\ddocadmin.exe
$DominoDocLaunch=C:\WINDOWS\system32\DDoclnch.dll

It's only valid (clickable) for the "current" home mail-file / mail server. May also be missing if this is not correctly filled out in the user's Location document.
